They joined other people across the nation, who have come out for a second day protest. Though a federal judge blocked the immediate deportation of people, who were detained under the ban on 28th January night, but the executive order still stands to ban more than 218 million people from entering the United States.

A spokesperson Heath Montgomery of DIA said that the airport will be working with the Denver Police during protests.

Organizers added that Sunday’s protest at DIA was focused on peace and prayer.

Organizers asked people to come in peaceful protest or come to pray for Muslim friends, if you are praying for Muslims or immigrants individually and fight the religious divisiveness in the United States, bring a sign letting people know they can ask you to pray for them.”

During the Saturday's protest at DIA, hundreds of people brought signs with the words “I am _____, and I come in peace.” They also handed out signs spelling out the First Amendment word for word and chanted "Bridges, not walls," and "Let them in."

At one point, protesters sang Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land."

State Representative Leslie Herod, D-Denver, told to a local news that it was important for her to stand with her neighbors, brothers and sisters "who are immigrants and refugees."

Inside the airport at international arrivals, lawyers once again gathered to offer pro-Bono legal aid to people who need it. There, a group of about 30 people waited both legal monitors and demonstrators.
